Bitcoin: Credits after 1 network confirmation (~10-30 minutes).

Vendor status requires a separate registration (buyer accounts cannot upgrade). A non-refundable Vendor Bond of $300 USD (payable in BTC/XMR) is mandatory to filter out spam and low-effort actors. Established vendors from other markets may apply for a bond waiver by verifying their PGP identity and providing proof of reputation (min 100 sales, 4.8+ rating).

Torzon enforces a strict harm-reduction policy. The following are permanently banned: Child Exploitation Material (CSAM), Fentanyl and its analogues, poisons/toxins, weapons/explosives, and murder-for-hire services. Violations result in an immediate account ban and blacklisting.

If an order does not arrive or matches the description, the buyer must initiate a dispute before the auto-finalize timer expires. This freezes the funds in escrow. A moderator will review the case, examining vendor shipping proofs and buyer statistics. Resolutions can include a full refund, partial refund, or release to vendor depending on the evidence provided.

Security is prioritized over convenience. If you lose your password or PIN, recovery is ONLY possible if you have a PGP key attached to your account. You will need to decrypt a challenge code. If you lose your PGP private key, password, and PIN, the account is cryptographically lost forever. Support admins cannot reset passwords manually.
